The Children’s Christmas Program kicks off our season with a retelling of the Christmas story.

Enjoy the sound of children singing during this special worship service. The Pre-K through 1st grade children of Messiah school will sing songs and share stories of Christmastime. We’ll hear a message from one of our Pastors, and you’ll have a chance to sing some of your favorite Christmas carols. We’ll also enjoy time with friends and family following the service.

There will be no morning worship services or Communion on Christmas Eve
Bring your family and invite your friends to celebrate with us! Sing your favorite Christmas carols, hear a message about God’s gift to us from one of our Pastors, and depart singing Silent Night by candlelight.
Plan to arrive early, as our Sanctuary and parking lot will be full on Christmas Eve. We will have people here to help you get where you need to go.

Christmas Day Worship
MONDAY 9:30A* DECEMBER 25 – COMMUNION SERVICE
Celebrate the birth of Christ with family on Christmas Day. The service is at 9:30a with reflections about the day, and Communion will be served. After the service, we’ll gather around the piano and sing Christmas songs.

NEW YEAR'S EVE Worship
SUNDAY 8:00A • 9:30A* • 11:00A DECEMBER 31
Join us on New Year’s Eve morning (there will be no evening service) to celebrate all that God has done in 2023, thank Him for today, and ask for His hand of blessing upon 2024. We will sing songs, hear from God’s Word, and hear a message from our Pastors. We will serve Communion.

Angel tree gifts
ANGEL TREE THRU DECEMBER 17
This year you may purchase gifts or donate online for Angel Tree! Your Christmas gifts will be given to families of Friendship Home, Christian Heritage, and Everett Elementary. Visit the Angel Tree and Mitten Trees in the Great Hall (beginning November 22) for instructions.
MITTEN TREES THRU JANUARY 1
Donate new and or gently used winter wear for Everett Elementary students. Place hats, scarves, gloves, and mittens on one of the Mitten Trees in the Great Hall by January 1.

WOMEN’S ADVENT BY CANDLELIGHT • 3:00P DECEMBER 03
Join us as we set aside an afternoon with friends to prepare our hearts in anticipation of the birth of Jesus. Enjoy dessert around specially decorated, hosted tables, seasonal worship music, an angel display, and share stories of being in the presence of angels. Invite a friend and register as a hostess or guest online or in the Great Hall on Sundays. YOUNG ADULT COOKIE EXCHANGE • 1:00P DECEMBER 09
Share in the sweetness at our Annual Christmas Cookie Exchange! We’ll meet at the Sharp house for the afternoon. Bring a dozen cookies to share, wear a festive sweater if you like, and stay for games and a movie. Contact Zach 402.875.1059 with questions and for the address.
