Holiday Schedule

Please take a look below to find details on what will be happening at Messiah as we finished up the 2019 calendar year.

Advent Worship

Our Advent worship will take place on December 4, 11 and 18.  We will have a service that starts at noon, and lasts about 45 minutes.  We’ll have an evening worship time from 6:15p – 6:45p, followed by our regular Bible study classes for all ages from 6:45p – 7:30p.  We will be having meals on those evenings and our Food Service Director, Char Roth, will be doing the cooking.  As with all of our Wednesday evening meals, you’ll need to sign up in advance if you’d like a meal before the evening service.  Meals will be served from 5:30-6p and you can see them menu by clicking the button below.

Christmas Caroling in the morning

It’s a Messiah tradition to gather together at 8am on the last week of school in December to sing Christmas carols.  We’ve been meeting in the sanctuary for the past couple of years.  School students who are already here join together with teachers and church staff to start their day with some great singing to God.

We’d like to extend an invitation to all parents and members of our Messiah church family to join us.  If you’re on your way to work, come by for a few songs and then grab a cup of coffee and head home or to work.  We’ll be singing on Dec. 16 – 20.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Worship

Our Christmas Eve worship times are as follows:

2pm – Family Friendly – Plenty of sing-along songs and lots of what you’d come to expect from a Messiah worship service.
4pm – Family Friendly – Plenty of sing-along songs and lots of what you’d come to expect from a Messiah worship service.
6pm – Choir Led – The Messiah choir will play a large role in helping to lead this worship service.
8pm – Candle Light caroling service.  This will remind you more of a traditional Christmas service you may have grown up with.

On Christmas Day, we will have one worship service and it will be at 9:30a.

Our 4pm Christmas Eve worship service will be livestreamed here.
