Drop Off & Dismissal Process
To help ensure a safe and smooth morning drop-off for everyone, we ask that families follow a few important guidelines:
-
The lower-level lot is used to drop off K–5th grade students, as well as our Early Childhood students in Preschool and Pre-K. These students will enter through Door #3.
-
Elementary students can enter the building starting at 8:10–8:30 am. Students are not to be dropped off before this time or left unsupervised.
-
As you enter the lower-level parking lot near the school entrance, you’ll notice designated drop-off lanes. These are for vehicles with students who are ready to exit the car immediately. Our staff and volunteers are there to assist children as they safely make their way to the entrance—no need for you to get out of your vehicle.
-
Please remain in your car and keep the flow moving to avoid delays or bottlenecks. Parking is not permitted in the drop-off lanes. If you need extra time to unload or want to walk your child to the door, kindly use the main parking lot or the gravel lot to the east and take the sidewalk to the entrance.

To ensure a safe and efficient dismissal process for everyone, please follow the guidelines below and help us maintain a steady traffic flow and avoid delays or bottlenecks:
School dismisses at 3:15 pm. Teachers will remain outside with students until 3:30 pm. If a student has not been picked up by that time, they will be brought to the school office, and a parent or guardian will be contacted. Please note that students will not be sent to after-school care unless prior arrangements have been made. This is because the program may already be at capacity, and adequate staffing and supervision must be confirmed in advance. We kindly ask that families not rely on after-school care as a back-up for late pick-up. It is a pre-registered, paid program, and last-minute additions cannot be accommodated for safety reasons.
- K–2nd Grade Dismissal takes place in the lower-level school lot. Use the designated pick-up lanes and remain in your vehicle. Staff and volunteers will walk your child(ren) to your car when you reach the pick-up zone. After pick-up, exit the lot by heading north toward the main campus drive, then follow the appropriate lane to exit south (left lane) or north (right lane).
- Grades 3–5 Dismissal takes place in the upper-level lot near the main church entrance (facing north). Two lanes begin near the yellow flag and flow up to the front doors. Vehicles exit to the left, circling around by the toddler entrance toward 84th Street. Please do not exit from the main campus entrance, as that is used by lower-level traffic.
- Siblings: Older siblings (grades 3–5) will meet their younger K–2 siblings at the lower-level lot, so families only need to make one stop for pick-up.
- If you need to enter the building or assist with loading, please park in the main lot or gravel lot to the east and use sidewalks to walk to the entrance.
- If someone other than a parent or guardian is picking up your child, be sure the school and teacher are informed in advance. That individual’s name and contact information must be on file before the student will be released.
