Helping Men Grow in Faith and Succeed in Life
- Attend a leadership training workshop (optional but encouraged).
- Pray and ask God to reveal 2-3 men to invite into your group.
- Pick up the 3-book study set from Andy for each group member.
- Contact your group to decide on a weekly meeting day and time.
- Plan for a 9-month study (24 lessons) with 1.5-hour weekly meetings.
- Encourage Bible verse memorization—men will recite verses weekly.
- Guide members in using the Quiet Time Journal (Book 1 teaches this skill).
- Hold each other accountable for completing lessons, recording quiet times, and memorizing verses.
- Review the Leader’s Notes before each lesson to ensure a smooth discussion.
- Watch the “How to Get Started Right” video at www.EveryManAWarrior.com for additional guidance.
- Emphasize confidentiality—what’s shared in the group stays in the group.
- Be comfortable praying out loud and modeling prayer for the group.
- Encourage other men to pray and take turns leading lessons.
- Consider weekly touch points—quick calls or coffee meetups—to build deeper connections.
